As both a yoga teacher and a busy corporate lawyer, Sarah Grace understood better than most the challenge of maintaining balance between career and personal wellbeing.

The Concept
Sarah works long hours and needed to maximise every free minute. Through her own experience, she discovered the power of “off the mat” yoga - a practice of mindfulness, breathwork, and self-awareness that could be done anytime, anywhere.
Rather than promoting an idealised version of yoga, Busy Warrior Yoga was designed to support real people with real responsibilities. Her brand needed to reflect that.
